Job Description

TenderCare Assisted Living is seeking a full-time QMAP / Caregiver | Nights & Weekends for our Denver-based assisted living communities. QMAPs / Caregivers are responsible for upholding the highest standard of care and comfort for our residents. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing assistance with activities of daily living, answering call lights in a timely manner, assisting residents with transfers, cooking and serving food, charting accurately and efficiently, and communicating with the rest of the care team and management to effectively provide the best service and level of care.

Qualifications & Required Skills

In order to provide the best service and care to our residents, we require employees to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Have impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergencies and other pressure calmly and professionally.
• Capable of adapting to new situations each day and have great time-management skills.
• Enjoys being around people and has people skills
• If you are a QMAP (not required), we require you to have a Certificate for Medication Administration specific to senior living.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work 3, 12 hour shifts including every other weekend.
• Ability and willingness to commute to any of our locations
