Our History

TenderCare Assisted Living began more than 20 years ago when our founder and Registered Nurse Joe Bradshaw recognized the need for compassionate and competent care for those in need around the Denver Metro Area. What once started as just an idea has evolved over the years into what TenderCare is today: an all-inclusive, residential-based assisted living company that prides itself on providing personalized care for each and every resident that calls our residences home.

Our caregivers tend to dedicate themselves and their expertise to TenderCare long term which allows consistency in care for our residents and allows residents to create a true bond with caregivers with whom they interact with each day. Joe, TenderCare’s owner, has more than 20 years’ experience as an Emergency Critical Care Registered Nurse. His diverse medical skills and natural care instincts ensure an exceptional level of care is provided to every resident. Mary, TenderCare’s administrator, has been with the organization for more than 20 years. She is dedicated to ensuring the daily operations of the organization are running smoothly and that each and every resident is well cared for.
